At Glamire Fashion™, we take immense pride in the quality and fit of our women's apparel. However, if a piece isn't entirely perfect for you, we are here to help with a hassle-free 10-Day Return and Exchange Policy.
1. The 10-Day Policy Window
You can request a return or an exchange for any item within 10 days from the date the product is delivered to your doorstep. After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or process refunds.
2. Condition Checklist for Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a full refund or an exchange, the returned item must pass our warehouse quality check. It must strictly meet the following conditions:

As Sent: The product must be the exact, identical item that was originally shipped to you.

Undamaged & Unworn: The item must be free from any signs of wear, stains, perfume scents, washes, or alterations.

Tags Intact: All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
⚠️ Please Note: Any items returned to us in a damaged condition, or items that do not match our original dispatch records, will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
3. The Return Process

Raise a Request: Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 10 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and photos of the item you wish to return.

Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address.

Quality Check: Once the package reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 24–48 hours to ensure it is undamaged and authentic to our original shipment.
4. Refunds
Since Glamire Fashion™ operates on a prepaid-only model, your refund will be processed immediately after the product passes our quality check.

Timeline: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
5. Damaged on Arrival?
If you receive a package that is already damaged or opened when the courier brings it, please refuse delivery. If you open a package and find a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos so we can replace it for you instantly.
